The LAPP – 12070099 ÖLFLEX® SMART 108 is a highly flexible and durable control cable, designed for reliable performance in industrial and automation systems. This 7-core cable (7G1) features 1 mm² bare copper conductors made from fine-wire design (IEC 60228 Class 5), offering excellent conductivity and flexibility for a wide range of applications. The cable is constructed with high-quality PVC materials for both core insulation and the outer sheath, ensuring robust protection against mechanical wear and environmental factors.

With a nominal voltage of U0/U: 300/500 V AC RMS and a test voltage of 4 kV, this cable can handle demanding electrical control tasks. It has a maximum conductor resistance of 19.5 Ω/km at 20°C, along with low mutual capacitance (125 nF/km) and inductance (0.669 mH/km) at 800 Hz, making it ideal for control and signal transmission. This cable is flame-retardant, as per IEC 60332-1-2 standards, providing increased safety in case of fire.

The ÖLFLEX® SMART 108 is designed for fixed installations, offering a minimum bending radius of 32 mm when stationary and 120 mm for occasional flexing. Although it is not suitable for continuous flexing or torsional loads, its excellent chemical resistance and PWIS-free properties make it ideal for use in industrial environments where reliability and safety are paramount. The cable is CE, UKCA, and EAC certified, ensuring compliance with international safety and quality standards. Its grey PVC sheath ensures durability while maintaining a clean and professional look. With numbered core identification and VDE 0293-1 and EN 50334 compliance, installation is made straightforward.
