The LAPP – 19020099 ÖLFLEX® SMART 108 is a versatile and high-quality control cable designed for industrial applications. With two cores, each featuring a 1.5 mm² conductor cross-section, this cable is made of bare copper, ensuring excellent conductivity and flexibility. It is suitable for use in environments where flexible and reliable power or signal transmission is required, with a nominal voltage rating of U0/U: 300/500 V AC RMS and a test voltage of 4 kV. The cable’s construction adheres to IEC 60228 Class 5 standards, offering fine-wire conductors for superior flexibility and performance.

The ÖLFLEX® SMART 108 is crafted with polyvinyl chloride (PVC) as the insulation and outer sheath material, providing a high level of protection against chemical agents, while also being flame-retardant in accordance with IEC 60332-1-2. This cable can handle temperatures from -40°C to 80°C for fixed installations and from -5°C to 70°C for occasional flexing, making it suitable for a wide range of operating environments.

While this control cable is not designed for continuous flexing or torsional loads, it offers excellent resistance to environmental factors, including UV and chemicals, though it is not oil-resistant or UV-resistant. Its 6.3 mm outer diameter and grey sheath make it easy to install and integrate into existing systems.
