The LAPP – 1119212 ÖLFLEX® CLASSIC 110 is a robust and highly flexible control cable, designed to meet the demanding needs of industrial environments where torsional flexibility and durability are required. This 12-core cable (12G1) features 1 mm² bare copper conductors with fine-wire design (IEC 60228 Class 5), ensuring high conductivity, excellent flexibility, and long-lasting performance in control systems.
Rated for a nominal voltage of U0/U: 300/500 V AC RMS, the cable offers a test voltage of 4 kV, providing reliable performance for electrical installations. The conductor resistance is 19.5 Ω/km at 20°C, and the cable has low mutual capacitance (125 nF/km) and inductance (0.669 mH/km) at 800 Hz, making it ideal for control and signal transmission. The core insulation and outer sheath are both made from PVC (Polyvinylchloride), providing a durable and reliable solution that offers resistance to oils, chemicals, and flame. This makes it suitable for use in industrial and commercial environments.
The cable features a grey PVC sheath for additional protection against environmental factors and is flame-retardant according to IEC 60332-1-2.
