Description

The LAPP – 1119312 ÖLFLEX® CLASSIC 110 is a highly flexible and durable control cable designed to meet the needs of complex and demanding industrial applications. With 12 cores, each featuring a 1.5 mm² bare copper conductor, this cable is rated for 300/500 V AC and is ideal for use in control and power circuits. Its robust PVC insulation and outer sheath provide excellent protection against environmental factors, while its flexible construction allows for easy installation in tight spaces and flexible applications.

This cable is designed for both fixed installations and those subject to torsional movements. It can withstand up to 5000 torsion cycles at temperatures as low as -20°C, making it suitable for dynamic applications requiring flexibility and movement. It is flame-retardant according to IEC 60332-1-2, chemically resistant, and oil-resistant according to EN 50290-2-22: TM 54. However, it is not UV-resistant or halogen-free.

The ÖLFLEX® CLASSIC 110 cable features numbers for core identification, ensuring easy recognition during installation. With a temperature range from -40°C to 80°C for fixed installations and -15°C to 70°C for occasionally moved applications, it offers reliable performance in harsh environments. The cable is also PWIS-free, ensuring that it will not cause issues in sensitive applications.
